This is my largest one-man project yet! (I got some help by PsycoJoker12 for building the wooden floors and such). This is a Minecraft recreation of the Vanderbilt mansion known as the Breakers. This mansion was designed for use as a summer home for Cornelius Vanderbilt II. It has over 20 bathrooms and one very large atrium! The original mansion is located in Newport, Rhode Island in New England.





I tried to make it as accurate to the real building as possible



THE INSIDE IS FULLY DECORATED AND THE LANDSCAPING IS REALISTIC TO THE ACTUAL BUILDING

Additional Notes

To whom it may concern it took me about 5 days to make this build. I got my inspiration from my recent vacation to Newport and viewing the mansions there. The map was built in 1.6 and is required in order for the building to look right.

I DIDN'T USE ANY EXTERNAL EDITORS


It is best not use any texturepacks or resource packs when viewing the mansion, as it was built without texturepacks in mind. The Faithful texture is fine.
