Do you have a city? Are its citizens enraged? Reduce crime and give them the Hall of Grievances.

They can ascend the podium and scream! All the world will know of fate's cruel hand.

For posterity's sake they may record their grievances in any one of five books:

The Book of Grouses
The Book of Gripes
The Book of Griefs
The Book of Grievances
The Book of Grudges

In the rafters is a book reserved for the most heinous of crimes, those committed by in-laws.

The Hall of Grievances is also located in Cald Dyrne, our complete city download.
