Hey guys!
Ninaman here bringing you a brand new Modern Concept house!
This is a 1 bed 1 bath modern home that also features a loft that could be used as another potettial bedroom. It features an indoor/outdoor living space that flows right from the curved patio outlining the side of the hill, into the house through sliding glass panels. The basic concept of the house started as an industrial modern house based off of an idea I saw on a show about architecture on TV. Behind the white wall that also allows light through (Think burj al arab) there is simply floor to cieling glass panels with steel framing. Also the cement textured central shape of the house brings that industrial feel in as well. It then progressed to having a lower split-level grey shape below to fit into the angle of the hill. With the green roof on this, it brings in a (sorta lol) eco home ish aspect to the house, along with the hill setting the bottom of the visible walls.
This house took a bit of time maybe 8-12 hours give or take :3
