If you want to trade down the river but made their bad side, the too bad! They control the river, and drop the dual gates on anyone they don't like. Oh, and don't even think about trying to go in by force and cutting the gates, because either they will shoot their cannons, or send in their archers.

Pros to their life:
-They have more power than anyone.
-They are the only ones that invented cannons.
-You get plenty of meat.
-You will have superior resistance to heat because the dessert is in their blood.

Cons to life style:
-They have to buy wood from other tribes, which isn't easy since they are know for ticking them off.
-The huts are over crowded with no beds. Though they are building more to solve that problem
-There is no plant food. So yes, they are carnivores.
Despite having cannons, and a mechanical gate. they are the lowest of low tech. They don't even have a mine.
