October 23rd, 1999. Sally Newman had just been murdered. The culprit? No one knows. What we do know is that Sally was murdered in her own bed. Of all of the suspects that were interrogated, the only one that makes sense is Bob Newman. Sally's father. He disappeared the night after the murder and was found unconscious a few weeks after not having any recollection of who he was.\n Many people have tried to investigate the house, but had to flee for various reasons. Strong feelings of going insane, random apparitions, you name it. A lot of people say that the spirit of Sally Newman haunts the place, and that her killer is the only one that can put her soul to rest. Bob Newman disappeared again after a month in the hospital and seemingly never returned. 5 Years later, a brave young soul decided to explore the house to see what was inside. This man's story prior to this date is very interesting. He said that he had lost all of his memories after Sally Newman had died, due to him suffering depression and having an incident which coincidentally was a few hours after the Sally Newman murder. You are this man. Will you be able to unmask the truth, or will you die trying?

DISCLAIMER 2: This map is not out yet, hence there is no download yet. However you will able to see pictures of it as I upload them. I will try to keep this updated to the best of my ability (and stay motivated for the project too.)
Hello and welcome to The Newman House an ARG Horror map inspired by a lot of different games and people. This map was made by F1DxnkFxnq. Some things that you should be aware of are the following:
1. Don't attempt to cheat. There will be an anti-cheat mechanism in place.
2. Please play in gamemode 2 aka adventure mode to make the experience more realistic.
3. Don't break or place any blocks unless you are given a tool to break a block or a block to place on a specific block.
4. This map is not intended for multiplayer however I believe it might work with multiplayer. At the time of writing this, I have not tested multiplayer compatibility yet.

Some settings that you should definitely put on:
- Clouds off
- Brightness moody, if making a video put this on 50.
- Render Distance 12
- Every sound minus music at 75% or higher.
