This is the hunger Games 3rd Quarter Quell currently i have finished the first 3 sections (lightning, Rain, and acid Fog)
the Programs i used were World Painter (to make the arena) and Mcedit (the dome over the arena) and obviously Minecraft.
This Arena Clock mechanism is mostly made of command blocks, lots and lots of repeaters, redstone wiring and a piston.
the actual arena is fairly small but the forest makes it seem much much larger it is extremely easy to get lost and disoriented.
