Backstory: As excitement buzzed around the village and all were eager to hear the tales of the returned adventures, a few who returned remained silent, as what they saw terrorized them so much that words couldn't express their fears. As the other adventurers told vast tales of magnificent lava falls and strange creatures, for these few adventurers, dark images flashed though their minds. It was images of The Source, the very center of the Nether itself. This dark place is found in the middle of a giant lava pool in the center of the Nether. Sharp spikes seemingly rises up out of the lava on all sides almost encasing it. In the center lies a giant crystal as powerful red energy and lightning shoots up breaking through the roof of the Nether, beaming into the unknown. But this isn't the worst part, the crystal, so you can say, is the heart of the Nether, it powers it, corrupts its, shapes it into the fiery underworld it is. How does the crystal gets it power some might ask? It gets it power by consuming every living and non-living thing surrounding it.You can see, if you look up, that red and black corruption is slowly spreading across the roof of the Nether. This corruption is eating every thing in its path directing the energy into the crystal. The adventurers who dared to get a closer look were consumed by the energy and only skeletal remains could be found of them. The ones who escaped did not go as far into The Source as some of their colleagues did, for they got too close and were consumed. The ones who escaped vowed to never return nor to tell others about it as they did not want anyone else to suffer the same fate as their fellow villagers did that day.
To this day The Source remains undisturbed by villager contact, consuming all things and giving power to the Nether.

I would use it for a sort of Argent tower
I like being original so I built something else, but dang.
