go to start menu ( the one were you can shut off your computer) and search %appdata% then enter it and go to .minecraft and then there will be alots of folders find the on that says saves then go to the folder you downloaded and make sure it is not the zipped up one you drag in to the folder then run minecraft and it should be in single player.
