Built for the recent MagnaRisa Zoo Rescue Event. This enclosure hosts 3 Sentry turrets from the portal games (1 big, 2 small) as well as their friend the Companion Cube. I built these mostly out of smooth quartz blocks. The black lines/legs and small detailings are made out of coal blocks and blackstone walls and buttons. The eyes and lasers were built out of redstone blocks and red nether brick walls.

The larger turret has its sides all flared out, ready to fire. The two smaller ones are roaming the enclosure, looking into the homes of their neighbors. I also build a small note block circuit to play the beginning of the turret opera (from the end of portal 2) as part of a challenge from the event rules. The note blocks are configured to chimes and bell sounds. I tried to keep as much Portal/Portal 2 lore in as possible to make the enclosure feel more real and fun! Plus I love portal :)

The Book has some information on the turrets and how they were donated. The companion cube is made of concrete and wool. I tried to keep the Heart motif on one of the sides but due to the size of the cube, it was hard to keep it very detailed.
