This project is 78% Done, It's completely experimental, i don't recommend hosting big events on it at this point of time, wait for the full release.
I'm releasing a beta version of this project to get feedback and fix bugs, so i can be sure that the full release will be completely empty of bugs and glitches, and safe to use in big events or whatever.

• play with like 3-5 friends of yours, and host a game that lasts a hour or so.

What's UHC?
Minecraft UHC (which stands for Ultra Hardcore) is a hardcore survival mini-game, with no natural health regeneration, you can only heal using Golden Apples, Golden Heads and Health Potions.
Players will spread out into the world. They have to gear up using standard survival skills to kill their opponents, Last Player/Team Standing is the winner!

How To Install?
Supported Versions:
1.12: 1.12 - 1.12.1 - 1.12.2
CraftBukkit and modded Servers are not supported, Only vanilla Servers.
This Project is using a new feature from 1.12 which is Functions, so it's not possible to support lower versions, Sorry.
You can use UHCBlox project to play on lower versions: UHCBlox
Installation (In Single Player):
1.Create a new world in creative, and go to the location that you want to be the center of your match then close the world.
2.Download the project from the link above, then extract it into a folder by the name of "UHCrafted" or just right click and choose: Extract To "UHCrafted".
3.Go to your saves folder (How?), then go to:["YourWorld"/data/functions] and put the extracted folder "UHCrafted" there.
4.Open your world and type in chat "/give @p command_block" then place the command block at the center of your match.
5.Paste this command: "/function uhcrafted:gamemechanics/install/install_1" and active the command block by using a button.
6.Put your world in a server.
7.Congrats! You have Installed it.
Important Stuff:
• There are only one moderator in the whole game which he is the guy who installed the game, (He is the only one can change the options of the game).
• Other players shouldn't join before the game has been installed.
• Make sure to enable Command Blocks in server.properties.

you need to use this command to change colors: "scoreboard teams option <Team name> color <color>"
i don't recommend changing colors of the teams, but you can do whatever you want.
love at first sight isn't actually in the game yet. i'm planning on adding it but i don't think it's gonna be in the near future.

First of all, it doesnt seem like golden heads work, a toombstone is summoned with a golden head on it, but no head is dropped, also, whenever the game is over, nothing happens, and as far as i can tell, i have to delete all world files, and install them again.
about the issues:
you need to right click the golden head that is on top of the tombstone with an empty hand to get it. actually i didn't do anything if the game ends, it just keeps going. need to change that i suppose...

nice intro placement, the animation before start are good~
but there's some flaws in there:
1) Me and another player joined a server which is hosted by me.
and I placed the command block and activate it by myself.
but the OP is on my another friend.
2) After animation before start finished, I lagged out from the server, and I joined back, I just fell from the lobby and died.
in overall, the UHC functions are awsome! I decided to use your system as my 17th UHC, so hopefully you can permit it.
(Credit will be given if you are needed.
For the issues you were talking about:
1. The installation is made for single player, therefor it's selecting the first player joined the server, it doesn't care if you are the host of the server or the activator or the closest to the command block. just install it in single player (like i said in the installation) and transfer it to your server. cuz installing on a server takes alot of time than needed and may crash your server or probably kick you and corrupt the world.
2. this is kind of odd.... Were the Countdown for the start out of sync? Like the title disappeared before the countdown finished?. If did that happen it means that your connection is kinda of laggy (180-350 ping), so it couldn't keep up with the commands and kicked you.... if it was at the same moment the top glass had finished appearing then again you probably have a laggy connection. 0 - 120 are the best ping areas for the project to be fully functional. if you don't have a laggy connection then describe what happened to you with every detail you can give or a video can help.
about the fall out of the lobby thing, it's bc the lobby self destruct after you click StartGame button (When you drop consider it gone). and it does it even when there is no players online (On a server).
I'd be honored if you use my system in any of your UHCs :D
