This didn't take a while to design, but it IS hard to complete this map.
YES. IT IS POSSIBLE TO COMPLETE THE MAP.
The only rule is to actually do the parkour, and you MUST go back to the start where the Beacon is if you fall.

3)Extract the only folder
4)Extract it to Appdata<Roaming<.minecraft<saves
5)Open minecraft and enjoy the map!

Eh, I'm new at this.
And on a unrelated note, you just had to put it in your saves file in your .minecraft folder.
