Properties which could not be implemented / regions:
-Die Basis befindet sich nicht Unterwasser sondern tief im Erdreich, weil es den Bau massiv beschweren würde!
-The base is not underwater but deep in the ground, because it would complain to build massive!
-Die Testanlage im Zentrum (Vorstadt Raccoon City) musste von der Deckenhöhe heruntergesetzt werden,
 da die Leuchtkraft der Blöcke, die die Testanlage beleuchten einen sehr geringen Ausleuchtungseffekt haben
-The test facility in the center (suburban Raccoon City) had to be lowered from the ceiling height,
because the brightness of the blocks that illuminate the test facility has a very low illumination effect
