Hey guys ! this time i made a useful bow command which changes how arrows are used.There are lots of things you can do with this command! have minute and check it out i am sure you will like it 
How To Get It? Simple Follow These Steps-
1- Get The Command From Download World Tab.
2-Paste It In A Command Block In Which Ever World You Want This To Be Installed.
3-Power The Command Block With Any Redstone Source.
4-Your Machine Is Now Set In World And Ready To Function.
Note =
1- This Is Working 100% In Single Player.
2- Every Entity In Minecraft Which Fire Arrows Including Skeletons Will Get Effect Of This Command So Its Fair.
How It Works??
get any of the following item and put them in your 9th slot of inventory i.e. last slot and then fire a arrow and the arrow will have that block effect.
Items And Effects
Water bucket = Water On Spot Where Arrow Hit
Lava bucket = Lava On Spot Where Arrow Hit
TNT = Arrow Will Blast Where Arrow Hit
Wither Skull = Arrow Will Blast With Wither Effect Where Arrow Hit
Glowstone = Arrow Will Place A Glowstone Where It Hits
Slime Ball = Arrow Will Make Mobs Jump Up To 20 Blocks Where It Hits.
NOTE-
IF YOU ARE USING WITHER SKULL IN 9th SLOT AND A SKELETON SHOT YOU IT WILL BECOME WITHER ARROW AS WELL THAT WAY ITS BALANCED.
