My first ship of 2021 (although I finished this in December) and my first aircraft carrier! I had a ton of fun with this, so I'll be doing many more aircraft carriers in the future.

I built the Yorktown class USS Yorktown, which was CV-5. She was sunk at the Battle of Midway in June 1942. To honor this ship, the Navy named an Essex Class Carrier with the same name, with the number CV-10.
