What can it do?
This ALU is still based on my EUMIS (Easy to Use Minecraft Instruction Set) which means SOME programs from the R10 will work on it...

What do you mean "some"?
Basically there are two classes of EUMIS, Advanced and Simple... the R10 uses Advanced, while the VexxCore uses Simple...
Advanced has more instructions, a larger registry, and faster clocks...
Simple has basic (half) instructions, a smaller registry, and lower clocks...

What is this made to do?
It was originally proposed by ConnVex, (hence VexxCore) and was made to be educational but useful as well...
