Viking Line M/S Gabriella is, together with Amorella, the last split sister in Viking Line's fleet. Built in 1992, she was ordered by Euroway as M/S Frans Suell. When Euroway declared bankruptcy, Silja Line bought the ship, and in 1994, she was renamed to M/S Silja Scandinavia. Finally, in 1997, she was repainted to Viking Line's lipstick-red colour and she has been on the route Stockholm - Helsinki ever since.
