This is Water Tower it took me a long time. There is a big TV and small pool built inside the water room. (a room built under water) To get to level to level I made a small elevator. Please add comments!

Additional Notes

When using the minecraft seed the Water Tower will not be there because seeds only generate villages, dungens, and Desert/Jungle Temples. Don't know what a Desert/Jungle Temples heres a link http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Temple
