Wedge Arms Luxury Apartments.
Nine furnished apartments (Six one-bedroom and three two-bedroom) a top-floor restaurant, and a lobby level. Nine floors total. Includes an outdoor area.
34W x 35L x 58H (Building only is 19W x 19W x 58H)
There is also a taller version, in case you have a full 128H to work with. This has 27 apartments, though they are cloned (aside from the nameplates and mailboxes) so some apartments will be identical in the tall model.
Built by hand on a small SMP server as part of a larger city.

This building is loosely based on One Detroit Center in Detroit, MI, USA.
