for made better shape you just have to download worldpainter brush(you can find some brush on pmc)
after, do a better texturing (grass/stone/sand/snow.....) with worldpainter you can choose the degree of inclinaison for made a better texturing :)

so the "not allowed for using Program-generated content' work only if you use a 3d model (not made by yourself) .
