Hey guys, after the usual "hey (collective group)" greeting, I'm here to present you a townhouse that i have built this past week.





I'm genuinely very tired so let's get right into this.


I didn't want to have ANY window exposed to the street side, because I admit I suck at that. I either have everything covered or everything opened, I'm too selective when it comes to window placement. The solution for that was having a wood cover extended over the 2nd and 3rd floor windows, and at the bottom lies a garage entrance. The buildteam logo had to go somewhere, so the cover got an extension the height of the 2nd floor, making the whole cover L shaped.


So as you go up the set of stairs, you immediately jump into the 1st floor, which is also the 2nd floor (what) because the house starts in the middle. (what)


The layout for this floor is simple - living , kitchen, staircase, opening to balcony.


Going downstairs you find a table. Great, a table. What for?


We will never know.








Just kidding. It's a sort of a wine tasting room, but not that fancy, because it's next to the garage.





Upstairs at the 3rd floor you have 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and one of the baths is connected to the master bed.
