We're working on the server launch for about 2 weeks now.
We did our best to get a smooth start.
But you have to realize, that this is a work in progress project.
Constructive feedback is always welcome!
We are recruiting:
1 Master Admin (second in command)
- '*'
3 Moderators
- special set of permissions (essentials, factions, tpx, warpx, groupmanager, chestshop etc.)
- protected staff / moderator home, payment (iConomy), special rewards
- no OP
as minimum requirements you should bring:
- previoius experience and skills as a host, server admin or moderator
- headset / microphone, preferably skype
- maturity- online time (something i lack)

- Begging, spamming, advertizing, deliberate or repeated insulting will result in (timed) ban!
- Open PVP: playerkilling, raids, stealing and griefing are highly encouraged
- Beyond that just follow the main principle of any SANDBOX game: use your brains to create your own rules!

- We have no "StarterKit" or something, because we wanted to play as legit as possible.
- But we do realise, not everybody has that oppionion, so the starting money is enough to buy your stuff in the town shop.

I will guide them to there destination in mind and be very polite about it. Kindness is key.
- a player seems to have trouble with faction commands, what will you do ?
Guide then with the /f help command and tell them a specific command if needed.
- a player apperantly created a faction but is still marked as a newcomer, what means do you have to help him? I would talk to the Owner to check the recent chat history and find out the truth. In the mean time I would just have them recreate the faction.
- a player is troubling other players or is disobeying the rules, how will you react?
I would first off give them a warning and if they do not obey, they will be temp muted and then kicked, and then if they still aren't listening, it would result in a tempban
- what else comes to your mind that a moderator absolutely needs to be able to do ?
Mods need to seem intimidating kinda, so people do not want to act up and they can enjoy the game as of the rest do.

- ever set up groupmanager permissions from scratch? I am not great with group manager. I prefer to use PermissionsBukkit and or PermissionsEx but can l learn GM fast.

I have expierence with server promotion and marketing. I'm fluent in Java, C#, HTML 5, PHP and Css.

I host a few servers but don't really play on them. They are more like a money maker.
- how much time do you have available to manage or play on the server:
Depends on my classes. Because of my job I can't play on Sunday Mornings or Wednesday Nights. Other than that I can play 4.5+ hrs a day.
