Don't want to be harsh, but don't say you will be op or admin, seen as i think that's being cheeky and i certainly wouldn't even let you on my server, as you are the sort of person that annoys me, but that's a personal preference bet you don't know what half the expressions in this paragraph mean, but nevertheless you should seen as i'm merely a year older than you. Your maturity shocks me, especially as your age is nearing the stage where you 'grow up' but, i highly doubt you could build anything imaginative or that you've been admin on 5 server's the way you construct sentences just shouts immaturity, this is mainly because you use no punctuation plus your grammar is poor, also... the simple fact you seem so, idiotic. This sentiment about your maturity is one to show you that your not going to be a staff, unless the owner's are extremely generous and also to show my maturity to the owner.

We are currently using PermissionsEx, So We aren't Op'ing anyone, but we are looking for builders! Also, If you are a good enough Builder, we may give you Moderator!
If you prove yourself a good Moderator, we may promote you to admin!
If not, We can just supply you with another rank which has more permissions than just the rank member!

Sorry but we don't fall for any tricks here, we're much more mature than others.
