I am David. I've played Minecraft on and off since Alpha. I've done it most of it in Minecraft. I've dedicated my time to servers as a builder and admin, I've exhausted single player (Not recently!), I've grieved, and hell I've even ran my own server for a bit. But I'm looking to do something a little different this time.

While I did enjoy running my own server and watching a community grow, I didn't enjoy the fact that ALL responsibilities fell on myself. I did have a select group of administrators and moderators (some of which I knew in person), however, none of them could commit themselves as much as I did, and I'm sure I have the busiest schedule out of them all. So, now what I'm looking for is players to be the backbone of a server with that they can truly dedicate themselves to the server as much as I can. I want them to take part in moderation of a growing server.

Now, what I am looking for is a group of eager players who are mature that I can trust with community work and things of that sort. If you receive a problem, don't ignore it. Find a solution, this will result in players receiving some sort of premium service to better the server. I want moderators who have experience. I want moderators who are dedicated. I'm talking about being on more than just three days a week, and those days you are on, you'd have to actually contribute something to the community of the server or just to the hard works of the server itself. I would want full privileges in the server. Being a moderator isn't about fooling around with other players. It's about making sure that everyone is following the rules to create a good Minecraft environment for players to have fun. Remember that although you have a higher rank, it doesn't mean that you are superior to the other players. Don't show off your powers, threaten to ban people, play around with the mod/admin commands. Just think that you're all the same, but you just have the ability to investigate things. Knowing how to keep things running and look forward to doing so is essential as well as grammar.

That being said, I want you to be able to moderate a server effectively. Now, many of you may be confused as to what this actually means, as I see on so many servers, the owner doesn't actually tell you what your role is. This ends up with you misusing your powers ending with a demotion or a ban. I know how most of you feel as I've been through that. We make the decisions as a community and moderators are the voices of the community.

At this point, you may be wondering what I have to bring to the table if I'm asking so much. Let me make it clear that I do make a decent enough amount of money to be able to help finance. Yes, that means that the server won't go bankrupt and so you can trust me. But, that doesn't mean I'll straight up give you op commands to you and trust you to not blow everything up, I'm not completely stupid. Moderators will receive certain commands upon promotion. On top of that, I have experience with running a successful server and I am fairly fun and easy to get along with, so long as you're not stupid.

If any of you are serious about this, applications for mod are now available on the server (server ip) and we can have a chat if your application is accepted. I look forward to having help with building up a community with some of you as I'm sure many of you are looking to moderate a server or even make one better.

Also, I will need to personally speak with you, whether it be TeamSpeak or Skype, but that will be worked out later. Please fill in the application on the server (server ip), more information will be given when the application is submitted.

Finally, to wrap this up, I ask that you excuse any typos or misuse of grammar as I am writing this in somewhat of a hurry and don't really feel like proof reading this post as I'm sure I got my point across. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
