PhantasyLand was created by BigP and Lucy in October of 2014. We wanted to create a server that was different than what you typically find – we wanted something better! We wanted a place that players, and ourselves, could go to that was more of a mature environment with players that wanted the same. We were tired of servers with staff that were never on, or would let their friends and certain players get away with anything. We were tired of the immature antics of players who couldn’t follow rules or be nice to others. We wanted something that was a higher standard. So we created rules and strictly enforce those rules, and we hold everyone accountable to make sure it stays a fun but mature server.

We do have a list of rules, for both behavior and for chat, that we expect players and staff to follow. It may seem more strict than other servers, but that’s what we wanted. The rules are not impossible to follow, basically treat the server and others with respect and you’ll do just fine!

One thing you’ll notice about our server that is different is that we don’t accept applications for staff, or even want players asking about it. What we do is observe how players interact with eachother, with the environment, and with new players. If we feel someone has been an asset to the server, we ask them if they would like to become a member of staff. We seek out our staff, not the other way around.

We want this to be a really fun place to play Minecraft, so we are always adding exciting things to do, and having fun community events! We hope you like what we’ve created just as much as we do! Enjoy your stay!

Rules

Know the rules, ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse.

Behavior:

-No griefing. If you didn't build it, don't destroy it, you will be banned for it.
-Ask players before building near them, this is a small server with plenty of space.
-Leave players areas when requested. Do not /set home in other peoples areas.
-No use of hacks/Xray, this will result in a permban.
-Staff must follow the same rules as players, if they are not, report it to an owner.

Chat:

-Keep swearing to a minimum. Racial/sexist/discriminatory slurs will result in a mute.
-Don't advertise other servers.
-Don't annoy/scam/troll others, this is a friendly server, be nice to each other.
-Don't beg for items or money, we have /warp shop you can get resources at.
-Don't spam chat with messages or CAPS.
-Don't beg for ranks, staff will be selected from reliable players.
