The concepts of ProjectM-
Reworked villager shops for balance and multiplayer. Villagers will buy bread, rottenflesh, cooked food, obsidian, cookies, and cake for Emeralds.
1 central area near spawn where you sell all your goods, and have access to an Ender Chest.
Using a unique Emerald economy model, you will gather and farm for goods in exchange for Emeralds to buy Protection Blocks, and other rare tools and goods at a shop near spawn.
Because there is only one area where one must buy and sell all their goods for Emeralds, it will be a friendly area to group up with others, as well as dangerous because of pvp. If you have alot of goods to be sold, be sure you gear up before going to town, so you dont get killed and robbed of you hard work.
With diamond being a non-mineable resource, only tradeable using Emeralds, we created an environment where xrayers cannot prosper in pvp, and while teamwork and working together works in everyones best interest. Those who start a thriving clan, obtaining and selling goods effieciently will obtain Diamond weapons and armor with ease and generate .

What should I know?
Diamond ore no longer drops diamond, but gold or iron depending on the pick used.
Diamond tools can be bought, and Diamond blocks are Protection Blocks.
When 1 clan declares war on another, their block protection is null.
Only tools and fists can damage others. Swords and Axes are for battle.
You sell goods you gather/craft for Emeralds.
Using Gold or Diamond tools on mobs and blocks will increase rare drops.
The Ender chests cannot be crafted, but will be in all major cities and spawn.
Critical attacks are removed, but Knockback persists.
The Inn/Shop near spawn is the only NO-PVP area on the map.
You can buy TNT and FLINT and STEEL from the shop
Portal to the nether is near spawn in a large tower. Portals cannot be crafted.

gunpowder x9 makes iron_ingot smelting rotten_flesh makes leather smelting gravel makes clay_ball SMOOTHSTONE needed for stone_tools, NOT COBBLE 9 redstone_ore makes SNITCHSTONE smelt fermentedspider_eye for slime_ball iron_block and gold_block makes PROXIMITYMINE you cannot craft DIAMOND_TOOLS, they must be bought flint is used to craft CHAIN_MAIL

Why ProjectM?
ProjectM was given birth after a select few avid Minecraft players stopped playing due to the repetitive, monotonous nature of Survival servers. Not only did we get fed up with the inconsistencies of Minecraft servers always going down, and doing drastic changes from what you had first encountered, we were fed up with the feel of all Minecraft servers feeling there was no benefits to teamwork and cooperation. Server hopping from the "best" battle servers, and dumb mcmmo broken mechanics, We have a keen sense of what 99% Minecraft PvP'ers have always wanted but never got in a server. We have made the best cooperative clan oriented server ever, and utilized the Minecraft engine in a way no other server have ever done before! We promise to deliver an easy to learn experience that is vastly different from any other Minecraft server out there.
