Our Style
Serenitymc is a server tailored towards experienced minecraft players looking to be part of a strong and well established community. Our world setup provides a unique variety of play styles for survival and creative modes which you can play on at your discretion.
Rest assured that your builds will be in safe hands on our server. We've gone to great lengths to pick out and configure the right security plugins to make sure any griefing or theft damage can be quickly undone pending the quick investiation of our staff.

Features
We are mainly a Survival server with multiple maps for building, resource gathering and playing in Creative mode, we have a few Creative type worlds which you can read about in the world descriptions below.
We have a Ventrilo Server, IRC-Ingame Link, Perks, Dynamic Map, Twitter & Server Wiki.

We aim for quality in our members by filtering out unpleasant individuals through an application process which also significantly assists in reducing the prevalence of griefers and cheaters, so we can promise you an excellent standard of players to become a part of.

Members of our community can be nominated on our forums to various ranks. This is our way of rewarding the qualities of our players; Architects on our server are given the ability to fly for contributing their creativity to the server which further enhances their potential thereafter.

When you first join, you are a guest. You are unable to take damage, go hungry, or be targeted by monsters at all so that you may explore freely, so if you like you may check out our server now and have a look to see what we are like. Please note that you will not be allowed to break blocks or place them until after you've been promoted to a Builder.
What is our server like?
World Setup
Main Survival
This is our main world, the borders are relatively expanded as the map fills so player density is not sparse.
Creative
We have a separate creative world where you enjoy all the features of creative mode with a separate inventory from our survival worlds.Frontier
The frontier world is a resource gathering world which gets periodically reset, so you can reap the goods of the land without making your backdoor into a canyon : )GameWorld
This is an adventure-type world containing many event games like spleef and PvP arenas. Games are created by our community, so anyone is welcome to contribute!Plugins
We are running a Bukkit server with the necessary plugins to provide excellent control over the security and mechanics of the server. We do not disclose all of our plugins for security reasons, but they do cover all of the anti griefing control one would expect from a well established server.
Feature plugins include: Multi-Verse, PetitionsPlugin, TheEndAgain, MultiHome, DynMap, MonsterIRC, MCDocs, Essentials, FrameProtect & LWC.

Our Kit
We run a dedicated server in Montreal, Canada with 1x E3 1245v2 Processor, 32GB of ram, 100mbit connection, runs on Ubuntu 64x, respectively. We also have a live-map which updates dynamically, as well as a dedicated Ventrilo server.
