Ok So here is the deal. We are not whitelisted, but we DO use a guest system (Guest rank is default, guests cannot build). We are hosted in south western canada so there should be minimal lag if at all. Our rules are below:
No Griefing
No Stealing
No Swearing
No Mods or Hacks but mods like Optifine are fine (no pun intended)
to confirm that you have read these rules and accept them, type "Notch has a brown Mojang cape" somewhere in your member application.
We use MCBans, so if you break a rule that results in a global ban, it will lower your reputation and chances of winning at future disputes.
Our Ranks are listed below.
Ranks:
Ranks are earned by being trusted by me and playing on the server for a long time.
Officer
A beginning rank that is considered staff. Officers help enfore the rules of the server and help out new players. They get commands to help them do that.
Moderator
A person that helps the admins. From checking griefing sites to building awesome buildings, moderators are the seccond most important rank on the server
Admin
Admins run the server. They are the most trusted, mature and loyal players on the server. They rollback griefing, ban people, settle disputes on MCBans, whatever is needed.

hello everyone, I have recently replaced our anti-griefing and block logging plugin, CoreProtect, with the well-known anti-griefing and block logging plugin, Hawkeye. For normal users and Player+s, this will not affect your experience, however, for moderators and admins, you will now use /hawk tool instead of /co inspect to check griefing sites.

Put the server online!!!!!! I even submitted this comment VIA my
iPod, so logging on to Pmc using the tiny screen of an iPod is kinda tough, so know that I went to a lot of trouble to type this.... So pls put the server back up!
BTW, you need to lower the mcbans reputation requirements, the official mcbans server hosted by the people that completely agree with the mcbans system, only recquires 8 minimum rep, lower the minimum to ATLEAST 8

Have you ever been banned: yes, but only for 4 hours and the ban wasn't fair.
why do you want to come on: It looked like a nice, calm and peaceful server to spend time on :)
Why should you be a member: because i am a loyal and trustworthy player. i always help others and like to do fun things with other people it's servers like this that i really like, and that people can always trust me, for instance, i have never once griefed in my entire life or stolen from anyone, etc.
i really hope that this application will bring the server back up for me and that i'll finally be able to come back on, oh and before i forget, "Notch has a brown Mojang cape"
PLEASE REPLY NOW!!!! just get a host of your own! like beastnode or something like that and pay the monthly fees and have donator ranks!
