You should hire me, because I can offer your server protection against spammers, hackers, greifers, I can advertise your server on many different servers and I have a lot of friends that play minecraft.
I know all the commands, I NEVER lose my temper, I can easily calm down ragers, and I know when to fairly use kicks/bans/mutes/etc.
Please consider me because I really want to see your server grow BIG! I also have all summer off and will be on everyday for a long time
