Server Summary:
Our current map started at the end of March.
I started this server roughly a year ago, during the COVID lockdown and have previous server experience from many years ago. Our community, although small by some standards, is very friendly and tight knit. We've all been playing together for quite a long time now.
The objective of Summit is to provide a server without many limitations on productive and fun gameplay. Because of this, stealing, griefing and hacking are strictly not tolerated. Too many servers are bloated, with players being bogged down by additions like claims, McMMO, Towny, Crates or kits when joining. Returning to the roots of SMP, we have attempted to perfect the fundamentals of simple semi-vanilla gameplay with a few extra and well refined features!
Why are we a semi-vanilla server instead of vanilla? We have a few features:

General Information:
Rules:
1. Do not use hacks, auto-clickers, mods or x-ray texture packs.
Modifications must not abuse Minecraft code, protocols or mechanics to gain an unfair advantage, or alter the behavior of the game. Achieving automation through any means is prohibited. Texture packs must not make blocks translucent.
2. Do not modify or destroy builds and farms belonging to other players.
This includes killing or stealing any entities belonging to other players.
3. Do not scam or steal from other players.
Very insignificant theft will not incur punishment at admin and mod discretion.
4. Do not PvP others without explicit consent from all players involved.
Pressuring others into giving consent for PvP is not explicit consent and will not be treated as such.
5. Avoid toxicity or community disruption.
Harassing others, leaking coordinates or chat disruption is strictly disallowed. This includes leaking personal information or being NSFW to a degree where others become uncomfortable.
6. Adhere to directions given by administrators.
Directions given to other players do not apply to you.
Moderation is subject to staff interpretation and discretion.
Loopholes are not honored.
WE ARE SERIOUS ABOUT OUR RULES. SUMMIT HAS ADVANCED MODERATION TOOLS AND AN ACTIVE STAFF TEAM. While we have no claims, we use a plugin called CoreProtect (and some others) to log all aspects of player activity.

- The ability to set a configurable waypoint with /sethome
- The ability to teleport to spawn with /spawn
- The ability to toggle phantoms
- A prefix system that denotes the playtime of users with roman numerals (NO PERKS)
- Death coordinates in chat upon death
There are also some things we have avoided adding intentionally:
- You cannot teleport to other players (/tpa)
- There are no forms of claiming, but as mentioned previously, stealing, and grief are not allowed.
- You cannot travel back to previous locations (/back)
- There is no virtual economy (/baltop, /bal)
- There are no crates, kits or AuctionHouse plugins
