The server rules are as follows:
- No asking for ranks (Op, Co-Owner, Admin, Moderator, VIP, etc.
- No Overloading the server on purpose (this includes world editing a massive area or spawning to many mobs).
- Griefing IS Allowed (Unless you are in creative mode)
- No using profane language.

 How to obtain: Register on the website OR pay $50,000 of IGM (in-game money)

 Permissions: All of the above, /firework, /setxmpp, /xmpp, /eco loan, /baltop, /nick (format codes + majic), /fly, teleport timer bypass

 How to obatin: Be trusted by all staff members

Moderator:

 Permisisons: All of the above, teleport timer move, /broadcast, /delwarp, /fly safe login, /kick, /spawner, /realname , /nick others, /tp, /tphere, /tp2p, /tppos, worldedit wand and pos - replace and set

 How to obtain: Apply for the rank

Administrator:

 How to obtain: Apply for the rank, have good opinions with Owners, staff, and players
