How you are planning to help the server community as staff: As a mod, i can help noobs and members, give them starting tools and advise, help them understand how to play, give them help when they need it, kick any griefers/spammers, etc. As an admin, I could construct lots of fun stuff for them to explore, ban the griefers/spammers, help the mods, and make sure they're doing what they're supposed too, as well as improve the spawn areas .
