Why You Deserve A Staff Position: I think I deserve this staff position for multiple reasons, I can make this server better, I have been staff on multiple servers with many people daily. I have alot of experience, I am mature, helpful, and friendly, I will be open for questions from the new players, I am also experienced with permissions, plugins, I have a server myself, I can also punish the spammers and the hackers but I will give them various warnings before that. Why You Deserve A Staff Position: I think i deserve this staff postion for many reasons, however the main reason is, that i think I can make the server a better place. I can do this by continuaslly being on, nearly all the time, especially on weekends, making new players feel welcome, and looking for and screenshotting hackers. I am mature with the /jail and /kick, and I will only use if I have a valid screenshot, or have told spammers many times, and giving them many warnings. I will also be open for questions from the new players, and know the server like the back of my hand, plugins, website etc. I have lots of expeience of being a moderator/staff on various other servers, which has given me lots of experience in how to interact with the players. As i have said, I am also here to give advice, help build things, such as the shop and pvp arenas. I am funny and relaxed, however I am mature, and take no joke of hackers and spammes

Why i deserve staff:I believe i should get this position because i am one god sexy dude XD. In all seriousness though i really love minecraft and this sever.I have never been an admin on a sever but i have been a mod and i know lots of the commands. I just hate hackers it makes the whole game unfair for legit players who actually play to have fun. I have many ideas for this sever which would even make it more popular than it is now. I hate how admins and mods just abuse normal players. Mods and admins aren't so different from normal players. So i believe we should respect everyone on the sever no matter what. I do really hope i get this position because i would want to help this sever a lot in every way i can. Also if this didn't convince you, remember i am one sexy bitch :3.

Why I deserve staff: This server has a lot of potential as I've come to realize and even though it runs well, a good staff member like me could increase the playing experience by watching over a server like I do. The solution to a rule breaker is not always just a ban but instead muting to make a solution and still not lose any players. I think like this when dealing with problems on a server. I also am very loyal to people and I try to be considerate to everyone. I am also dedicated, and I have never abused or tried to take advantage of people. Why I am appropriate for the position: I own my own server, just a little one for my fiends and I to use. However, I am the only one with op powers and I am adept at using them. I am also good with bukkit and mod installation server side as well as client side (although client side is pretty easy). I have created my own mods before and have the necessary software. I realize that none of these skills will be required by staff, but I would be able to help answer questions or help trouble shoot. I also have a lot of experience on PvP servers. I usually rise to the top on the smaller ones pretty quickly. Although I play more for the base building than the PvP its self as I am not very good at it. However saying that I am an active participant and I do NOT become angry or profane. The reason why I want this position is the mute command to help fix the profanity, I understand that some anger is appropriate, but I want the ability to mute a person who has been spamming chat for half an hour about how someone else hacks.
Am I aware that staff only gets mute kick and jail? I am now. I would be happy with just mute and jail.

Why: I do no think deserve is the right question. I think I would best answer as why I would be good as a staff member. I have experience in the field of a op or Admin. I am a op in a server my friend owns and help on there. I like to let everyone on the server have fun and enjoy there time. No hackers or anything that just ruins the game. Pvp is my thing. Most all servers I do is pvp so I know what kind of behavior is in pvp so I know how to help and what to do when a problem is in progress. Also I have been in your server for about eh, a month now so I have the feel of things. I know I am at a younger age then most who apply as a staff member but I know what it takes to make sure everyone's play time is fun and memorable. I am very trustworthy, nice, and love to play!

Why I deserve a staff position: I am experienced in being OP, and i can use all the basic OP commands (Kick, Mute, Jail, World Edit, etc.). I have been Head-Moderator on a server once, but it is sadly not up anymore. I use proper grammar, for many servers require that/suggest that if your part of staff. I am a experienced minecraft player, and play daily (usually, unless i have something going on that day). I DO NOT greif or hack, so don't worry about that.
I am fine if staff only gets Mute, Kick and Jail, I just want to help the server out.

Why do you want to be moderator on LynxCraft?- I really like playing Minecraft and I'm looking for an opportunity to join your community, get to know other staff and members, and help out other people. I also love building, I am a professional at configuring/installing/using plugins (including WorldEdit, GroupManager, and Essentials). I've written a few basic plugins as well, but it's nothing too big (prevents people from placing lava/TNT/bedrock etc etc.). I am I am also a very good graphic designer (create/manipulate images and designs using Photoshop CS5 Extended), and I could design some very awesome-looking backgrounds and logos for the server and/or website. I am also a very good builder, I used to run my own server, with the help of (IGN:) benedek and locacitrome. We've build lots of very cool things (a big city including the Empire State Building). Why should we give you moderator?- I would really like to get together with the community, get to know the other staff, and help out the (new) members. As I've stated above, I'm a pro at plugins, and graphics, I've written a few small plugins and mods. I play Minecraft around 20-25 hours a week.
Any experience?- I used to run my own Minecraft server (not Hamachi, I'm talkin the real stuff(; ), we had a lot of active members, we had lots of places (cities, creative world, Skyland world etc).

Why You Deserve A Staff Position: I am a hard working dedicated player who based on what the server looks like will be spending alot of time on it. I really dislike hackers in general. (people may call it mods or whatever but if it changes the game to be in their favour then I have a problem with it.) I am experienced at moderating server and even have administrated a few of them. These server include TazarakianCraft, Goldcraft and BattleCraft. I will do my best to ensure that all the rules of this server are obeyed and in general create a better playing experience for everyone.
Are You Aware That Staff Only Gets Mute, Kick & Jail? I am aware and am incredibly fond of the idea as it will let me play that game and enjoy the game as a normal player as well.

Why You Deserve A Staff Position:I will be fair and make sure people do not break the rules, and if anyone asks a question/needs some help, I will help them. I've met staff that abuses their powers (one time I got jailed for beating an admin at survival games) and I will not be like that.
