hi! this is my entry for the 2121 future skin contest!! ive been wanting to experiment with glowing effects for a while, so i figured this was a good opportunity!

the concept for this character is that they are a futuristic cyberpunk-esque vigilante. im imagining a world in which the police state crumbles and now its up to brave and strong individuals to maintain peace and justice.

also i just thought the glowy effects would look cool lol
