No. Vocaloid is a voice program from Japan, where whatever you type, the program automatically puts into the pitch and sound you want. It sounds confusing, but if you look it up on youtube, It'll be easier to understand.

I don't think so but I'll check again. If you use MCskin3D it appears to be a little buggy when you upload to planetminecraft. It may just be the preview but thank you for bringing this to my attention
