I wanted my character to feel like it's straight out of a 90s RPG game all cool and retro so I limited myself to the nes (Nintendo entertainment system) colour palette
and used a simpler style

In a land of Peace and Tranquility lies a vast city of immense wealth where guards and knights are only honorific titles,
war brakes out as massive hordes of the undead awaken from the ground spiders grow to immense sizes and even a certain species of moss gains sentience.
The city is attacked hordes of undead roam the streets knights and city-goers falling left and right.
The mass of corpses growing as each person is slane the siege makes it's way to the castle and the king was slane and now only legends and stories remain of that once grand city.

Character Backstory
legend says that not a single person made it out alive,
but legends and myths are often wrong. there was one Survivor
A Brave Knight who fought gallantly until he was forced out of the fight due to his injuries.
He was the only knight in the town who knew how to use his sword Properly, the only one who cared enough who didn't see it as a waste of time.

He grew up in a small town quite a while away from the city he was constantly being told stories about pirates, raiders and dragons
and he craved adventure he wanted to fight the biggest pirate captain the most fearsome raider boss and the most Gargantuan dragon
but then peace came over the land the pirates all washed up the raiders wasted away and the dragons went extinct.
so the boy now a man set out to find his own adventure his own story he left his town in search of something bigger and bigger he found





Character Abilities
he can use low-level magic mostly fire spells and can talk to some animals if they are smart enough.

knights sword and shield
(not very strong mostly for show)

(saved his life a few time in the siege)
