Her hair is grey to stand for clouds. Her arm things are blue because it's supposed to be like rain falling off her shirt if you get what I mean. Her jeans are meant to be acid washed (because it's acid rain~) and she wears blue rain boots cause if you step in rain without rain boots you'll have a bad time™.
