Couldn't think of anything to do so I based it off a character I made for the book I'm writing called 'Leviathan: Guardian of The Ocean'.
Sora no megami is the controller of the clouds, she id the one who creates the storms, the lightning, the thunder, the rain.
Legend has it that she died long ago from an evil being called Sekai no shi (the death of the world), but you can hear her, in the thunder, you can see her in the lightning and the rain, her soul still lives on......
