This is Alphabet Spaghetti, the letters on her are the Alphabet pieces, the orange ish red dots in the hair are supposed to be little drops of sauce from the sauce that the Alphabet pieces are in. I hope you like it, and good luck to everyone else on their skins!

Yes, most spaghetti is long and stringy, but this is Alphabet Spaghetti, basically they made spaghetti into Alphabet shapes, probably because they made it more fun for Children. c:
