This is the first skin I've made in my "Revolutionary War Skins" series. This is a French Navy Marine, he is the basic fighting unit of the American/French Navy during this time. On his right hip you see a small black pouch, that is where he keep his ammo (musket balls), his powder, and sometimes a measuring bottle to measure the correct amount of powder. Sometimes filled with other things based on the soldier. He wears a tricorn hat, common for most people and soldiers during this time period. It kept the Sun off of your head and face, while still maintaining "fashionable appearance" Many buttons were worn on the uniforms of these soldiers, represented by the silver-ish dots on his torso, wrists, and shoulders. Many people know a days collect these buttons because each was individual and special in it's own way, some times they represented unit, or rank.
