I like how you used the lighter shade of purple on the armor slot for the arms. They give the arms more of a defined appearance, like he actually has muscles.
And the little bit at the top of the arms. It looks weird in the 2D view because it looks pointy at top, but I like how it makes the arms look more like they have shoulders of some kind.
I also think the jaw on the hat slot was a nice touch. Makes his head look bigger and his face look more dynamic.
I like the armor but it looks a little too solid-colored and plain, but that's just my taste.
