This is perhaps one of my favorite characters of Undertale, because of the story attached to him (with the addition of Sans and Gaster on my favorites list as well). This post though, will be more than about the skin. I'm actually pretty new at making skins. One of the main reasons that I began creating them, was as a mental escape, and creative avenue to keep my mind on the lighter side of life, while at home things were very dark. I've been a 24/7 caretaker for my mom for the past 13 years. As of 2017 though, in addition to already being disabled from rheumatoid arthritis, she was found to have cancer. Due to the severity of her already preexisting illness, cancer treatment was not an option. Surgery was done and all know cancer was removed. It was December of 2018 when she began to show signs that something was not right, and though it progressed slowly, that changed in the past month. Her health quickly diminished. Just yesterday her health took an extremely rapid plummet. After getting her down to bed she became more and more unresponsive. I've been staying through the night with her, to be on call when I was needed. This night though she I noticed that she never called, which is extremely abnormal. I checked on her now and then to make sure she was alright, and she was still with us, but not mentally. In the morning I checked on her once more and though she was still alive, she was fully unresponsive. I got my dad up, and called hospice. I walked out of the room for one moment to mix some medicine hospice was directing me to, and when I returned she was gone. I've been a mess through the whole day, and I need to take a break from this. I might make more sometime, but for now I need some time to process it all. I love her and I miss her.
