Here is a little backstory before i explain
Peter was once a young boy.
Abused and beaten, Forced to work.
His family was very poor and his mother and father couldn't support him so they left him
Peter lived in the streets
Working for people who have abused him. Hoping that one day he could get his revenge.
But something had really beaten him, Till this day that he still remembers...
The imperial commander had been fighting with his country
But Peter's country kept fighting back
The Imperial commander Shynzo was trying to enslave Peter's country
So he used his Psionic Destructor.
This device was so sinister
That it could poison every person in a country within seconds
Shynzo launched this super-device upon Peter's country
Which has shaken the whole country
Peter's Country was corrupted
Everyone had been filled with a virus
Which had rushed and spread throughout the body within seconds.
Only one person had survived.
And that was Peter.
His fists were infested with green atom's
Peter could touch his victim and spread the same virus that had killed his country throughout the whole body in seconds.
Peter had been killing the enemies who had destroyed his country and family.
People have given him the name:
ATOMIC TOUCH

One piece of feedback for the skin - perhaps make the eyes and hands "glow" a bit more with a low-transparency green brush?
