Alright finAlly after a day of work, I finished my custom skin for Autumn :)

She's a beautiful forest spirit, known as a dryad. They are nymphs who guard the forests they call home. They will give their life to protect the woodlands, fending off any who dare harm it.

This dryad is currently undergoing photomorphogenesis. As the trees around her change from green to yellow, orange, and red so does her own leaves. The lack of sunlight makes it hard to photosynthesize, so during the colder months of Autumn, dryads lose energy, and prepare to hibernate.

During her preparation for Winter, the dryad will help fellow forest creatures, prepare for their own hibernation. She'll help mother bears find a suitable den for her, and her cubs. She'll help squirrels gather lots of acorns, and pinecones to stash away as a reserve. She'll even help lonely deer, find a mate before the frigid cold takes over. Finally, she'll wave farewell to all her flying friends, till the snows melt, and the warm air of Spring returns.


Everything on the skin I made from scratch :)

I did take some inspiration from fellow dryad skins and took reference of shading as It's been several years since I last made a skin. A little bit rusty haha ;w;

Anyways I hope whoever finds this skin enjoys it. It's a perfect seasonal skin to pick up, as September is right around the corner :)
