I haven't seen any Mutsuki Skins before, so i decided to make one myself. this adorable little skin from Azur Lane is some of the best i have put into a skin.



I love Mutsiki and did an oath with her, she is also my Secretary... and most importantly her Birthday is on the same day as mine (23rd july).
