Story:

Once upon a time, there lived a young lad called Dan. He was quite smart and pretty nice if you got to know him. The only problem was: he wasn't very attractive. Not at all in fact. His facial features were indistinguishable below the thick layer of acne, his upper body was bent downwards as if he was carrying an elephant on his back and his stutter could drive you insane. When children caught a glimpse of his pimply face, they ran away, screaming for their mommies. As soon as girls lay eyes on his crooked shape, they started to laugh uncontrollably and turned their backs on him. He was all alone and had no friends at all.
In his desperation he holed himself up in his house and played various video games day in and day out. He lost all will to go outside and even detested opening the drapes to let some sunlight in. He made virtual friends but knew that they would never be able to meet in real life. His life lost all meaning other than completing his games.
It was all bound to change sooner or later. One evening, just as he was killing the Enderdragon in Minecraft, Dan noticed that the house had begun vibrating. Within the next few minutes, the vibration turned to a quaking. As it turned out, Dan wasn't informed that a hurricane was predicted to pass through his town. As the roof of his house was torn off and hurled towards the neighbor's home, Dan started to feel an immense power sucking him upwards. He feared for his life and clung dearly to the thing closest to him: his gamer computer. The wind pulled him into the sky and whirled him into an old wooden shack. The impact was too strong, Dan felt several of his bones break and lost his consciousness.
When he woke up, he had absolutely no idea where he was. The bright, white light was piercing his eyes and giving him a headache. "Am I in heaven?" he thought. "No" was the short reply as the room he was in gained depth and sharpness in his eyes. "You need to rest, your injuries haven't fully healed yet." "Wha- where am I?" "Do not worry, you are safe..." The doctor proceeded to fill Dan in on the details of his rescue. When the wind died down and the hurricane had passed, there were many medical squads going through the debris looking for survivors. Dan was found due to the loud sounds his damaged computer was making. Most of his body had to be regenerated by a machine. The process that was used was cutting-edge technology. Dan was the first successful experiment of the "Mecha-Medic" organization. In fact, the company was so content with the results that they were thinking about making Dan the official face of "Mecha-Medic". "Why would you want me, I'm hideous!" Dan asked. The doctor explained that Dan was now able to adjust every aspect of his body with the machine that was stationed in the corner of the room. "Awesome!" Dan exclaimed and set to work on his new appearance...
