if you have cracked version here is some help.

how to instal on cracked version?
1.change the name of the skin to char.
2. go to start and typ: %appdata%
3. go to minecraft.
4. go to bin.
5. open mincraft with winrar.
6. go to mods and look for char and drag the skin into that file.
7.start up minecraft and enjoy.
