Black Heart from the Hyperdimension Neptunia series. The gloves were a pain to do and though I'm happy with them, I feel like I can still improve them.

I've just started to add more colours to the gradient of the hair, as I mentioned that I would in the description of my previous skin. Of course, this one doesn't have nearly as many colours as my Compa skin. I'll probably make a variant with Ultradimension Black Heart's ponytails because I prefer Black Heart with that hairstyle.
