Pyro is basically saing "teleporter here", or "terra pudda hurr", the "put a" part got cut off...
TF2 fans may think that Heavy is obsessed with dispensers, but at least it's not intentional on the devs part like it's the case with Pyro...
But what do I know, Pyro is not right in the head, and he's best friends... or, shall we say, least worst friends with the Engineer(the guy who builds the teleporters), so I guess it would make sense for him to mention teleporters all the damn time.
