Hey, boss!
  Here's a skin of Blue from the Pokémon series for ya. The gen 1 and 2 rivals were always my favorites because they actually had a personality *cough* *cough* May and Brendan *cough* *cough*  Silver's coming of age was tear-jerking and Blue had almost everything taken away from him by the end of the Kanto story to the point that I understand his hatred. Either way, you're free to use this skin as you please.

However, please don't add modifications or repost without credit, and don't claim it as your own. <3
