This is my First skin that I'm uploading, This Skin is Dean from Borderlands The Pre-Sequel, He is an Employee working for Hyperion, found by taking the Side Quest, "Hot-Head" Simply, he is just a Helios Employee that has anger issues.

I'll be trying to make more skins once i've bought a new PC, right now i'm using a laptop which is failry laggy so yeah.

Thanks ill probably update the shade of the yellow though, it should be a little more golden
